About the Institute for Nonprofit Practice
Position Summary
Reports to: Sr. Director, National Recruitment & Growth
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Essential Functions
Partnership Stewardship
- Collaborate with and organizations to identify mutually beneficial partnership opportunities as a means of achieving recruitment goals.
- Build and cultivate new and existing relationships with organizational partners, affiliate networks, and regional leaders in portfolio markets to identify potential prospects and opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
Recruitment Target Development & Execution
Lead Creation & Cultivation
- to build and cultivate relationships with prospective students through personalized outreach, one-on-one meetings, and small group engagements to build interest in INP programs.
- In partnership with the Marketing and Communications team, draft compelling marketing outreach to prospective students and applicants.
Recruitment Strategy Management
- Partner with INP’s Communications and Alumni teams to coordinate and execute on tailored alumni-focused communications aimed at increasing and managing alumni referrals to the programs.
- Co-Lead a strategy to increase and manage faculty and student referrals to INP programs in collaboration with INP’s Program team.
- Build a diversified and balanced portfolio that represents all fields and sizes of organizations, reflecting all parts of the social sector in each community.
- Serve as a critical member of the account team for key funding and community partners, including preparing for and presenting in funder meetings.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $92,000 - $102,000
