Job Description
This is a full-time position with occasional weekend and evening hours required. Time in the field, outside of a typical work-from-home or office environment, will be required for site visits, project prep and execution, events, and meetings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organize the annual grantmaking process, including applicant workshops, one-on-one orientations, Grantmaking Committee coordination, and award notification
- Manage the online grant portal to ensure complete and accurate information and support is provided
- Screen applications for completeness and eligibility
- Coordinate application review logistics, including scheduling and attending site visits, grant application rubrics, scoring, relevant metrics, and award recommendations
- Draft grant agreements and track process milestones
- Collect progress reports and success stories.
- Maintain organized records on key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with Park Pride’s strategic priorities
- Represent Park Pride at community meetings
- Mentor seasonal interns or project assistants
- Support grant-related events
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and internal & external committees
- Perform other duties as assigned
