Operations Associate

Position Summary: 

Responsibilities:

• Collect merchandise from the warehouse and safely transport materials to co-op locations
• Receive, inspect, and document merchandise for delivery or return
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory entering or exiting the warehouse
• Identify and report missing, lost, or damaged items in a timely manner
• Ensure products are safely stored, labeled, and organized for distribution
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor and maintain the quality, quantity, and variety of inventory
• Support the development and implementation of operational systems and best practices
• Complete weekly distribution trackers, logs, and administrative paperwork
• Serve as a representative of Urban Recipe at vendor sites and distribution locations
• Wear and utilize all required PPE and follow safety protocols at all times
• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving in warehouse management
• Provide support for special projects and operational improvements as needed
