Volunteer Recruitment & Outreach Coordinator

Are you passionate about helping families and empowering youth? The Chosen Ones is looking for a Volunteer Recruitment & Outreach Coordinator to help us grow our volunteer network and raise awareness about our programs. This is a hands-on role with real impact in the community!

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and engage new volunteers for all programs.
• Promote programs through social media, flyers, and community partnerships.
• Support outreach initiatives to expand the organization’s reach.
• Promote The Chosen Ones programs to families, schools, community centers, and local organizations.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase program participation.
• Represent The Chosen Ones at community events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, personable, and community-minded.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passionate about supporting families and youth.
• Experience in outreach, recruiting, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
