A Note on Authentic Responses
We recognize that candidates may use various resources, including generative AI, online research, and drafting tools while preparing their applications. That's perfectly fine—we're interested in your resourcefulness and preparation.
However, your responses should genuinely reflect your experience, your knowledge, and your voice. We're looking for real examples from your professional background, authentic insights about your work style, and honest assessments of your skills and experience.
Our evaluation process includes assessing genuineness and authenticity. We want to hear from the real you—not a polished, generic version that could apply to anyone. Use your own words, share your actual experiences, and let your personality come through.
Why this matters: If we invite you for an interview, we expect your in-person conversation to align with your written application. Consistency between your application and interview is important to us and demonstrates the integrity we value in our team members.
We know everyone wants to present their best self (and should!), but we're more interested in authentic excellence than artificial perfection.
