Must-haves:

• Familiarity with group infant care licensing protocols
• A commitment to trauma-informed, healing-centered practice
• Deep respect for children as capable, whole humans
• A strong belief in co-teaching as a collaborative practice—mutual respect, trust, and shared responsibility with your teaching team is non-negotiable
• A communication style rooted in positive intent, openness, and collective problem-solving
• Dedication to anti-bias, anti-racist, and inclusive education

Lead / Co-Teacher Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree, CDA, or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree (in any field) combined with relevant teaching experience.
