The Nest Nursery School is seeking a passionate, trauma-informed Infant Care Educator to join our Reggio Emilia-inspired school community. Are you called to work alongside children in their earliest, most formative years? Meeting them with curiosity and respect?

Must-haves:
- Familiarity with group infant care licensing protocols
- A commitment to trauma-informed, healing-centered practice
- Deep respect for children as capable, whole humans
- A strong belief in co-teaching as a collaborative practice—mutual respect, trust, and shared responsibility with your teaching team is non-negotiable
- A communication style rooted in positive intent, openness, and collective problem-solving
- Dedication to anti-bias, anti-racist, and inclusive education
Lead / Co-Teacher Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree, CDA, or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree (in any field) combined with relevant teaching experience.
