Executive Director
Momento Foundation
Job Description
Founded in 2015, Momento Foundation is on a mission to help people heal in grief and rebuild after loss. We lead with love, prioritize self-care, live a growth mindset, embrace the present with courage, communicate mindfully and honestly, act with integrity, and have gratitude for every moment. Our vision is to create a world where everyone is loved and supported through loss.
The Preserving Memories Program is the founding program: capturing timeless photographs of people who have been given a terminal diagnosis, regardless of age, illness, or location, to preserve precious memories for families to cherish as they face the challenging days ahead. We also have a Community Support Program to provide education, connection, and support.
Our founder, Ashley has done an incredible job establishing the vision, values, and mission for our organization and building a strong foundation over the last decade that will set you up for success. As she focuses on her book launch and helping Momento from a PR perspective (speaking, writing, etc.), we are looking for someone to grab the baton in this next segment of the long-distance relay and run with it. We are excited to find the right person who can see the vision, overcome challenges, and help change lives as we show up for people in grief and loss.
