Volunteer Recruitment & Outreach Coordinator

Are you passionate about helping families and empowering youth? The Chosen Ones is looking for a Volunteer Recruitment & Outreach Coordinator to help us grow our volunteer network and raise awareness about our programs. This is a hands-on role with real impact in the community! Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and engage new volunteers for all programs. Promote programs through social media, flyers, and community partnerships. Support outreach initiatives to expand the organization’s reach. Promote The Chosen Ones programs to families, schools, community centers, and local organizations. Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase program participation. Represent The Chosen Ones at community events and networking opportunities. Qualifications: Outgoing, personable, and community-minded. Strong communication and organizational skills.
