Chief Operating and Programs Officer

Reporting to the President & CEO, the COO will oversee all day-to-day operations, leading with excellence in program outcomes, housing operations, and mission advancement. This role will directly supervise senior program leaders, guide operational strategy, strengthen infrastructure, and ensure that our housing and supportive services achieve exceptional outcomes for our residents.

• Provide strategic leadership for housing programs, resident services, and facilities management
• Strengthen systems for program quality, compliance, and data-driven decision-making
• Lead operational planning, budgets, and cross-department collaboration
• Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and innovation
• Serve as a key partner to the CEO in advancing our mission and expanding our impact

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in nonprofit, housing, or human services
• Strong program management experience with a proven record of results
• Operational excellence in compliance and systems management
• A collaborative, values-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
